Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce Policy.
Acceptable use
You must only message contacts who have opted in, honour opt-outs, and never send spam, illegal or prohibited content.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Meta conversation charges are billed separately at Meta's rates.
Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. After it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
Suspension
We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or Meta policies, or that have unpaid invoices.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim.
